At Joy Ride Play School, we believe in empowering our educators to bring their best to the classroom, whether through grand gestures or small, meaningful actions. Each teacher infuses their lessons enthusiastically and creatively, making the curriculum vibrant and helping children reach their full potential.
With a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:12, our classes are designed to be engaging and interactive. This ratio allows teachers to understand each child individually, catering to their unique needs and providing personalized support where it's most needed.
We are committed to the continuous professional development of our teachers. We host a variety of workshops, including storytelling sessions that teach educators how to make lessons more engaging and fun through the art of storytelling. Our team-building workshops foster better collaboration and support among teachers, while our phonics workshops equip them with the skills to help students improve their reading and pronunciation.
